The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional channels. This role ensures projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and brand standards are upheld. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized, with strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination
  • Experience supporting campaigns across digital, email, and social platforms
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM principles
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4)
  • Strong social media platform knowledge (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and listening skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and resilient
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on-time execution
  • Support lead generation efforts through email, digital ads, and content marketing
  • Draft copy for social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral
  • Update and maintain website content using the CMS
  • Collaborate with designers to develop graphics and promotional materials
  • Manage day-to-day social media posting, community engagement, and reporting
  • Monitor trends and recommend new content ideas
  • Help optimize digital campaigns with insights from analytics platforms
  • Assist with planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and events
  • Manage event logistics, registrations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up
  • Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate with internal teams
  • Pull performance metrics from platforms such as Google Analytics, social media, and email tools
  • Prepare reports summarizing campaign performance and insights
  • Support market research initiatives and competitive analysis
