This position plays a key role in driving marketing initiatives that generate leads, support sales goals, and deliver an engaging Homebuyer experience. Requirements

5+ years of experience in residential sales, marketing, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree required, along with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Experience developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets, and measuring performance.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and current marketing trends.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills, including vendor and partner management.
An enthusiastic, flexible and supportive attitude that promotes teamwork across the market.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the greater Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing plans and activities that support division sales goals.
Apply knowledge of current marketing trends, best practices, and consumer insights to drive results.
Develop a strong understanding of the local market, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Ensure world-class brand standards are maintained across all marketing initiatives.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams to support business objectives.
Plan and execute engaging events for homeowners, prospective buyers, and real estate professionals.
Manage marketing budgets and monitor performance to maximize effectiveness.
Act as a liaison to deliver marketing and advertising resources to support the division’s needs.
