The Marketing Coordinator Intern supports the Senior Marketing Coordinator and Marketing team across a variety of digital content, operations, and communication initiatives. In this role you will interact with agencies, freelancers, fractional talent, photographers, and videographers. You will gain hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, content development, and project coordination while supporting both local office marketing efforts and global sales enablement initiatives. This 17-week internship offers a flexible start date and an average schedule of 40 hours per week. Compensation is $16.60 per hour.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or recent graduate in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
  • Interested in marketing, communications, digital media, or event-related industries
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with team members and interact professionally with internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn new systems, tools, and processes
  • Able to adapt and work effectively in an environment with evolving priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage employee advocacy content to support brand amplification
  • Schedule social media posts across platforms in HubSpot using content calendars
  • Support monitoring of social channels using approved tools and assist with performance metrics
  • Assist with formatting and scheduling content for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Assist in developing and deploying email communications for internal and external audiences
  • Support sales enablement efforts by helping prepare follow-up emails, campaign messaging, and supporting materials for local offices
  • Help organize distribution lists and ensure messaging aligns with campaign goals
  • Help maintain and support the PRA Company Store, including product updates and coordination
  • Assist with Canva business transformation and file conversion, ensuring creative assets are formatted correctly and align with PRA brand standards
  • Support project intake, task tracking, and workflows within Monday.com to help manage marketing initiatives and deadlines
  • Support day-to-day use and organization of marketing tools, including: Monday.com for workflow and project management
  • DSMN8 for employee advocacy content
  • HubSpot for email campaigns and reporting
  • Canva for content creation and updates
  • Help manage the content calendar, coordinating timelines and trafficking requests from internal contributors
  • Support scheduling interviews and coordinating details for editorial pieces
  • Assist with website content updates, including managing backlog items and content revisions
  • Transition news and blog content into updated templates to ensure brand consistency
