About The Position

As a Marketing Coordinator for Inforum you will serve as the frontline connection between marketing, our salesforce, and our clients, ensuring that accurate, timely, and technically sound product and brand information is delivered to drive business growth. This role is highly visible and fast-paced, requiring strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate technical product knowledge across flooring categories into clear, actionable guidance for both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience in roles supporting sales teams and clients with product, technical, or marketing-related inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume customer or client interactions in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Strong digital and systems proficiency (Microsoft Office; experience navigating databases, resource centers, or CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus)
  • Ability to be onsite in Cartersville minimum 4 days a week

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to commercial interiors, flooring, architecture/design, or construction industries
  • Familiarity with product specifications or installation processes
  • Experience supporting field sales teams or client-facing roles
  • Basic graphic design or content development experience
  • Experience working in InDesign
  • Experience working with global teams or diverse customer bases

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary resource for sales teams and clients, managing high-volume inquiries across phone, email, and live chat with a focus on responsiveness and quality solutions
  • Provide accurate and consultative support on product specifications, installation, applications, and brand positioning across multiple flooring categories
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, RVPs, and cross-functional teams to fulfill both standard marketing and custom requests
  • Collaborate with Technical Services, Customer Service, R&D, Samples, and Marketing teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal and external-facing resources, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and consistency
  • Support marketing initiatives and strategic projects with a focus on speed, quality, and alignment to market needs
  • Capture customer and salesforce feedback, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
