About The Position

Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a Marketing Content Writing Intern to join our team! This role will involve content creation and writing, including drafting blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces. The intern will also write LinkedIn posts, social tile copy, and short-form campaign content. Additionally, they will support the creation of sales enablement assets, draft event-related content, and assist with customer marketing content. Comfort using AI tools as a writing assistant is expected. The duties set forth are essential job functions, and reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and basic content tools.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as a writing assistant

Responsibilities

• Draft blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces aligned to Smart Data Solutions' brand voice.
• Write LinkedIn posts, social tile copy, and short-form campaign content for Smart Data Solutions' growing audience of US healthcare payers and TPAs.
• Support the creation of sales enablement assets: battlecards, one-pagers, solution overviews, and playbooks.
• Draft event-related content including invitations, recap emails, on-site signage, and post-event social copy.
• Assist with customer marketing content, adoption emails, newsletters, case studies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
