About The Position

Cascade Capital, the investment arm of Inch&Co, is seeking two marketing interns for Summer 2027 to help expand the company’s brand presence and digital content. This hands-on, project-based internship offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership on LinkedIn and Instagram strategy, branding, content creation, and campaign execution while building a professional portfolio. The schedule is flexible, with weekly or bi-weekly check-in meetings, and work is mostly remote with hybrid flexibility in York, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

Interest in marketing, branding, or content creation.
Experience with or willingness to learn graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe software.
Experience with or willingness to learn video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
Experience with or willingness to learn social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
Experience with or willingness to learn website platforms such as WordPress or Wix.
Creative mindset and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule LinkedIn content, focusing on professional storytelling, deals, and insights.
Create and schedule Instagram content focused on brand, culture, and behind-the-scenes material.
Assist with short-form video creation and editing.
Design graphics for social media and marketing materials.
Support paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Help maintain or update website content using WordPress or Wix.
Collaborate on branding and campaign ideas.
