About The Position

The Strategic Marketing Operations & Executive Communications Consultant will take the operational lead on structuring, tracking, and communicating high-visibility initiatives across our marketing organization. On a daily basis, the contractor will design, refine, and deliver high-impact presentation materials tailored specifically for CEO, Executive, and SVP+ audiences. This function requires an exceptional ability to synthesize complex quantitative data and market context into clear, highly polished narratives, ensuring slides are visually powerful and precise without content or cognitive overload. Beyond strategic communications, the individual will architect, launch, and manage robust project management frameworks and tracking systems for several newly funded, high-priority strategic initiatives. They will take ownership of maintaining regular, frequent operational readouts, coordinating multi-stakeholder alignment calls, and driving execution momentum. Additionally, the contractor will be agile enough to manage smaller sub-initiatives embedded within broader projects, ensuring all deliverables seamlessly tie execution metrics back to concrete business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing clear, story-driven, high-impact slide decks specifically optimized for C-suite and SVP-level consumption (5+ Years).
  • Expertise in translating complex business updates into clean visuals that balance necessary context with core results without text bloating.
  • Direct experience building, customizing, and scaling corporate project management workflows and systems (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet) from the ground up for highly funded, multi-stream initiatives (5+ Years).
  • Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to work directly with numbers, synthesize data inputs, and successfully translate raw operational metrics into strategic business outcomes (4+ Years).
  • Comfort managing administrative coordination (e.g., organizing alignment calls) while simultaneously driving smaller strategic sub-initiatives autonomously within a broader program management office.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Professional Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSM, or Agile Product Owner) are highly Desired but not mandatory for selection if equivalent tenure is demonstrated.
  • Direct exposure to or deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention marketing strategies, churn mitigation metrics, or database/CRM operations (3+ Years Preferred).
  • Prior experience working within a corporate strategy group or tier-one management consulting firm is highly advantageous, particularly regarding structured problem-solving and top-down communication models.
