At Hilton Grand Vacations, our Marketing Concierges are at the heart of the guest experience. In this role, you’ll connect with travelers, learn what excites them about travel, and introduce them to our vacation ownership opportunities in a natural and engaging way. You’ll invite guests to attend a presentation while creating positive, memorable interactions throughout their stay. This is a fast‑paced, highly interactive environment where your energy, professionalism, and consistency directly influence both guest satisfaction and your own success. We offer a pay guarantee plus commission, providing strong earning potential for employees who consistently meet or exceed expectations. We don’t just hire — we invest in your success. To support your growth from the start, we offer a $2,500 incentive guarantee per month for up to 6 months, giving you the runway to build confidence, develop your skills, and grow into a high‑performing marketing professional.
