About The Position

Perspire Sauna Studio is looking for an outgoing, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist to grow our local presence through grassroots marketing, community events, partnerships, and B2B outreach. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance, business growth, and results.

Requirements

Outgoing and comfortable approaching new people and businesses.
Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
Comfortable working toward measurable outreach and lead-generation goals.
Available for occasional evening and weekend events.

Nice To Haves

Experience in marketing, sales, events, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or business development is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, apartments, wellness providers, corporate offices, and community organizations.
Develop B2B partnerships, referral relationships, and corporate wellness opportunities.
Research, secure, and attend community events, health fairs, fitness events, and local activations.
Coordinate tabling opportunities and community outreach.
Conduct grassroots marketing throughout the surrounding community.
Generate new leads and help turn outreach into booked first visits.
Maintain existing partnerships while consistently developing new ones.
Track outreach activity, partnerships, events, leads, appointments booked, and resulting sales.
Collaborate with studio leadership on local promotions and growth opportunities.
