About The Position

Blessed Hands Loving Care LLC is seeking an energetic and experienced Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to help grow our homemaker and companion care agency. This is a fully field-based position focused on in-person community outreach, client intake meetings, and developing relationships with prospective clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. Applicants must reside in Orange, Seminole, Brevard, or Osceola County, Florida. Must have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and insurance. Must be willing and able to travel throughout the assigned counties. This position does not include online marketing or social media management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Must reside in Orange, Seminole, Brevard, or Osceola County, Florida.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the assigned counties.
Must have at least five years of marketing experience in the healthcare field.
Must possess strong communication, organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently while traveling in the field.
Must be able to represent the agency professionally in the community.
Must successfully complete a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Sections 435.04 and 408.809, Florida Statutes.
Must demonstrate honesty, dependability, professionalism, and compassion for others.

Nice To Haves

Experience conducting client intake meetings is preferred.
Knowledge of the local community and the ability to develop professional relationships with community resources are preferred.

Responsibilities

Comply with all agency policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and ethical standards.
Uphold and promote the mission, vision, and values of Blessed Hands Loving Care LLC.
Promote the agency’s homemaker and companion care services through in-person community outreach.
Visit healthcare facilities, senior communities, rehabilitation centers, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
Meet in person with prospective clients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
Conduct intake meetings with prospective clients and their representatives.
Explain the agency’s available homemaker and companion services during intake meetings.
Gather required intake information and ensure that all assigned forms are completed accurately.
Obtain required signatures and supporting documents from prospective clients or their authorized representatives.
Submit completed intake documents to the Administrator for review and approval.
Protect the confidentiality of all information collected during the intake process.
Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
Represent the agency professionally at community events, networking functions, health fairs, and outreach activities.
Conduct field outreach to generate new client referrals and increase community awareness of the agency’s services.
Distribute approved flyers, brochures, business cards, and other printed marketing materials.
Provide accurate information about the agency’s programs and services.
Refer questions outside the scope of the position to the Administrator.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, intake meetings, community contacts, marketing activities, and referrals.
Provide the Administrator with regular updates regarding outreach activities, prospective clients, and potential referrals.
Promptly report client concerns, complaints, or operational issues to the Administrator.
Protect the confidentiality of all client, employee, and agency information in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
Assist with community outreach activities, special projects, and agency events.
Perform other field-related duties assigned by the Administrator to support the agency’s growth and success.
