PRIMARY DUTIES: Serve as a day-to-day brand steward, ensuring consistent application of brand standards across materials and platforms Coordinate the intake, triage, and tracking of marketing and communications requests Implement internal and external, print and digital, communication strategies to promote the organization's mission and goals Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging Coordinate with various departments to ensure synchronized and efficient operations Create or oversee internal or external marketing materials and social media content. Help organize and manage internal and external special events and public relations activities. Foster relationships with employees, media, stakeholders, and community partners, as directed Track and report on the effectiveness of internal and external communication strategies OTHER DUTIES: Assist with administrative tasks and errands as needed Serve on internal or external committees and participate in planning Undertake special projects as assigned by the CPO or Director of Marketing and Communications QualificationsREPORTS TO: Director of Marketing & Communications, or their delegee EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education and experience requirements. Three years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or corporate communications.
