The Marketing & Communications Manager is a key member of the Development Team responsible for amplifying HopeSparks story of impact to donors, partners, policymakers, and the community. This person develops compelling content across digital, print, and advocacy platforms, stewards the HopeSparks brand, and builds strong connections with diverse audiences. In collaboration with the Development Director, CEO, and Program Teams, this role helps shape and implement the organization's communications strategy, ensuring consistent, inclusive, and trauma-informed messaging across all channels both internal and external. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who thrives in a creative, mission-driven environment, understands how to leverage today's social media platforms to reach diverse communities, and is committed to storytelling through a trauma-informed lens. This role also supports internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging that strengthens organizational culture and keeps team members connected to HopeSparks mission.
