About The Position

The Marketing Communication Manager, reporting to Director, Marketing Communications, will oversee digital, fixed ops, and sponsorship marketing creative and support marketing briefs and video/audio creative. As a Manager, Marketing Communications you will be responsible for: Digital, Sponsorship and Fixed Operations Marketing Collaborate with Director, Marketing Communications and Manager, Engagement Marketing to lead agency teams on development, maintenance, and creative reporting for all digital, fixed ops, and sponsorship creative campaigns. Lead conversations with GST Marketing on digital, fixed operations, and sponsorship campaign performance. Collaborate with the Director, Marketing Communication and Data and Digital Experience Lead on incentive priorities for digital campaigns and Specialist, Engagements on sponsorship campaigns. Manage execution of display, search, and social assets. Maintain annual vehicle launch calendar and fixed operations sales event calendar. Perform campaign QA as needed (such as monthly incentive message) for digital and traditional campaign assets, coordinating with GST Legal for compliance. Maintain familiarity with GST website presence to direct agency teams on optimal user experience for digital campaigns. Coordinate as needed with Data and Digital Experience Lead and Manager, Marketing Analytics. Marketing Briefs Coordinate with agency teams to evaluate and share competitive advertising and insights in support of assignment briefs and campaign development. Develop and distribute assignment briefs for non-Core vehicles as needed for digital campaigns. Support Director, Marketing Communication in writing core briefs. Collaborate with Manager, Analytics to incorporate information available from any additional resources that will enhance GST learnings from company-based marketing activities (Maritz, IHS Polk, PIN Reports, etc.). Other Strong working knowledge of Toyota vehicles and strategic approaches. Build and maintain relationships at GST and TMNA to understand and explore opportunities to meet business goals and be aware of marketing plans. Work cross-functionally with media, analytics, and sponsorship teams. Direct agency in maintaining online creative repository. Collaborate with Director, Marketing Communication, on asset needs. Participate in vehicle training as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Req
  • 5-7 years Experience in the marketing field (preferred) with a focus on content development and management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Toyota vehicles and strategic approaches.
  • We are seeking candidates legally authorized to work in the United States, without Sponsorship.
