About The Position

Agtegra Cooperative is seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern in Aberdeen, SD for the summer of 2027. Agtegra Cooperative is a local agricultural cooperative headquartered in Aberdeen, SD. It is owned by over 7,000 farmers and ranchers, predominantly in North and South Dakota, with a network of over 70 locations and 850 employees. Gain hands-on experience while working side by side with industry experts through our Agtegra First internship program. Requirements

Enrollment towards a communication (Mass Comm., Ag Comm., PR & Advertising), marketing, or graphic design degree.
Knowledge of different social media platforms.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively in English in both written and verbal form.
Ability to perform detailed work accurately and independently with minimal direction or supervision.
Ability to be creative and think outside the box.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Must be 18 years or older.
English proficiency.
Valid Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites would be a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist in the newsletter, magazine, and press release writing and development.
Utilize and enhance your graphic design skills through a variety of projects.
Develop, design, and coordinate a social media campaign.
Creatively produce photography, videography, and public relations projects and products.
Build relationships with internal and external business divisions and stakeholders.
Adheres to all safety regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, including OSHA regulations, the vehicle policy and fleet safety program, and DOT regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
