About The Position

This internship is located near Encinitas, California, and is available for the 2026 fall semester only. The intern will commit to approximately 16 hours per week for the duration of the semester. This position offers an hourly rate of $20.00 per hour. The Marketing Communications intern will help support the day-to-day execution of GoMacro’s marketing communications initiatives across social media, public relations, creative asset production, and digital campaigns. This is a hands on learning opportunity for a curious, motivated, and detail-oriented student or early-career professional who wants to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, purpose driven consumer brand. Working closely with the Marketing Communications team, the intern will assist with social media content creation, creative coordination, community engagement, and brand initiatives. They will gain broad exposure across the marketing function while making meaningful contributions to the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, organizing content for GoMacro’s organic social media channels
• Support community management by helping monitor and respond to comments and messages in the brand’s voice
• Support influencer, brand ambassador, and partnership initiaves through research, coordination, product seeding, and tracking
• Help maintain organized asset libraries on SharePoint
• Assist with light creative tasks and support the coordination of creative deliverables
• Assist with logistics for sampling programs, events, and PR mailers
• Provide general project coordination support across the Marketing Communications team
