About The Position

Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is a dynamic and expanding national law firm seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join its collaborative marketing team. Flexible working arrangements are available. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to gain hands-on experience across marketing, communications, and business development initiatives while working closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and marketing colleagues across offices and practices. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the broader Marketing team to advance and support firm-wide marketing, communications, and business development efforts. The role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • 1-3 years of experience in legal or professional services marketing and business development roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Knowledge of AP Style and strong command of English grammar and usage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Experience across major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

  • Familiarity with PR/media databases preferred

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative, writing, and project support for marketing and communications initiatives, including social media, webinars, PowerPoints, videos, awards submissions, and press releases
  • Supporting pitch materials, proposals, and responses to RFPs
  • Assisting with digital content development for the firm’s website, email communications, and social media platforms
  • Drafting, posting, and coordinating social media content and images across platforms
  • Supporting the firm’s digital communications and social media strategy across offices and practices
  • Compiling and distributing social media newsletters to encourage attorney engagement, as needed
  • Maintaining and updating firmwide awards and nominations trackers, including deadlines and outcomes
  • Conducting awards research and assisting with writing, proofreading, and submission management
  • Assisting with press releases, media pitches, and other marketing collateral
  • Creating and maintaining media lists and supporting media relations efforts, including interview coordination and background research
  • Maintaining photo libraries and multimedia assets and assisting with video projects as needed
  • Providing social media support for firm events, sponsorships, and client programs
  • Training attorneys on the effective use of social media for business development
  • Collaborating with marketing colleagues and business professionals across departments and offices
  • Assisting with additional marketing, communications, and administrative projects as needed
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
