Tri-Valley Collective is seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in marketing, communications, community outreach, event marketing, and customer engagement. No previous marketing experience is required. Training and hands-on coaching are provided. Our team works on community-focused marketing initiatives and campaigns designed to connect organizations with the communities they serve. We are looking for individuals who are professional, energetic, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities
- Supporting marketing and community outreach campaigns
- Representing campaigns at events and community locations
- Communicating with customers, community members, and the public
- Sharing information about campaigns, organizations, and initiatives
- Creating positive experiences during community events
- Supporting event setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Building professional relationships with members of the community
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
- Learning communication, presentation, and marketing techniques
- Supporting team goals and daily campaign activities
