About The Position

The Marketing & Centralized Project Manager serves as the implementation specialist supporting the Project Advisory function and the Marketing and Centralized Operations teams. This role owns the day-to-day operation of several connected systems and tools, conducts recurring data and feedback analysis, and provides implementation support on projects across departments. Reporting to the Director of Project Advisory, this individual keeps core operational systems running, prepares accurate reporting, and adapts quickly to shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, customer experience, or centralized business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working in data, reporting, and survey results.
  • Experience supporting or implementing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a CRM and maintaining data across connected systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with contact center tools, IVR or call routing systems, and chatbot or AI-driven customer technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of Hillpointe’s internal ticketing system, diving into ticket data when needed to surface trends, resolve issues, and maintain service quality.
  • Conduct recurring Prospective Renter feedback surveys covering a range of topics that span multiple departments, and compile the results into clear, usable findings.
  • Collaborate with the Data team on executive reporting to support the Director of Project Advisory, ensuring underlying data is accurate, organized, and ready for executive presentation.
  • Implement and manage the portfolio's Virtual Leasing Agent AI across all channels, providing performance reporting and recommendations to the Director of Project Advisory.
  • Configure and maintain IVR and call tree structures to support Centralized Operations and ensure a reliable contact experience.
  • Maintain the portfolio's Product Knowledge Base within the CRM to ensure consistent and accurate data flows across connected systems.
  • Provide implementation assistance on Marketing and Centralized ad-hoc projects as needed, executing assigned deliverables to defined timelines.
  • Assist on ad-hoc Project Advisory team tasks, adapting to support the function's priorities as they shift.
  • Prioritize across multiple concurrent responsibilities and projects, balancing recurring operational ownership with ad-hoc implementation work.
