About The Position
Join Renewal by Andersen of CNY as a Brand Promoter and Canvasser and kick-start your sales career with unlimited earning potential and growth. This role is at the forefront of our Neighborhood Marketing Program, helping homeowners transform their spaces while earning great money. We are a community of motivated individuals who support and inspire each other. As a Brand Promoter and Canvasser, you will connect with homeowners, introduce our products, learn sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training, use our CRM system to schedule consultations and meet goals, and exceed quotas to contribute to team success. We offer unlimited earnings with the potential to make over $50,000/year with uncapped commissions, career growth opportunities into outside sales, design consulting, or leadership roles, and the chance to make an impact by educating homeowners on high-quality products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to work evenings and weekends if needed
