About The Position

The Marketing Campaign Specialist supports the growth of the Credit Union by collaborating with a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute campaigns for products, services, and brand awareness. This position manages the marketing calendar and the events and sponsorship calendar to ensure initiatives are on schedule and deliver results. The Marketing Campaign Specialist is a brand champion, working collaboratively with a range of partners to present the Community Credit Union of Florida brand accurately and consistently across all member touchpoints. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Journalism/Media, Communications, Business, or any other related field; or three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Work-related experience should consist of exceptional brand marketing, advertising, and marketing project management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and positions, with an ability to forge relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns, and experience analyzing marketing campaign data to determine if campaigns are meeting business objectives.
  • Excellent project management skills and comfort with a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask; demonstrated ability in organization and delegation skills, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to work independently while performing duties.
  • Proficient with PC programs, including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Adobe Creative Suite software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Quick learner; able to take on new projects quickly.
  • Current Florida driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage as required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
  • The incumbent must be able to perform this position safely, without endangering the health and safety of the individual or others.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the development of the marketing campaign plan and campaign budgets, based on the credit union's strategic goals.
  • Supports the development of promotional budget recommendations and manages campaign budgets and financial tracking under the guidance of the Marketing Communications Manager.
  • Manages the creative execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure campaigns are on-budget, on-schedule, and deliver business results.
  • Supports the Marketing Communications Manager in executing product positioning and campaign strategies to ensure alignment with target audiences. Works with other marketing team members and external vendors to assist in the development of creative assets. Writes, edits, and formats marketing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Analyzes campaign effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvements and/or future utilization. Works with the Business Intelligence department and third-party vendors to gather data to measure campaign performance.
  • Utilizes project management tools to plan and execute events and sponsorships. Coordinates internal resources, assigns tasks, monitors deadlines, and ensures successful event delivery in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager.
  • Ensures brand and message consistency through all channels. Ensures brand guidelines are well understood and accurately deployed by both internal and external partners.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners, including business development, member services, loans, member solutions, and business, to successfully test and deliver new campaigns to the market.
  • Provides annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • Follows policy and procedures related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) daily to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Demonstrates enthusiastic support of corporate mission, core values, and long-term objectives by performing job duties within our bylaws, regulations, Board of Directors policies, established internal and external service standards, and our work procedures while possessing adequate product knowledge as measured by the annual product knowledge assessment.
  • Delivers service to both internal and external members that is in alignment with the credit union’s Service Promises and meets all established service goals.
