Our client provides technology solutions that help golf course management teams monitor turf conditions through aerial imaging, environmental insights, and data analysis. Their platform enables customers to make proactive maintenance decisions, optimize resources, and improve long-term turf management through a combination of software and field intelligence. We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to take ownership of the company's marketing initiatives by transforming existing messaging into structured acquisition and client retention campaigns. In this role, you will develop outreach strategies, execute email and social media campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously optimize marketing efforts. Working closely with leadership, you will help organize marketing priorities, improve campaign effectiveness, and independently drive initiatives from planning through execution. This is an opportunity for a proactive marketer who enjoys building processes, taking ownership, and contributing strategic ideas while remaining hands-on.

Requirements

3+ years of experience developing outreach strategies from existing product, feature, or brand messaging.
Proven experience managing both customer acquisition and client retention campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
Experience managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Strong written English with the ability to work within established brand voice and messaging guidelines.
Ability to independently develop, prioritize, and execute marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop outreach strategies that support both new customer acquisition and existing client retention using established product messaging and positioning.
Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, campaign reporting, and ongoing performance improvements.
Manage the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn through content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Create and adapt marketing copy that aligns with the company's brand voice and effectively communicates with both prospective and existing customers.
Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively recommend optimizations based on engagement and conversion data.
Coordinate marketing initiatives with sales and partnership activities, including seasonal campaigns, regional opportunities, and renewal cycles.
Report on key marketing metrics, including email performance, social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign impact.
