About The Position

Responsible for supporting marketing campaign initiatives that gather and integrate campaign requirements, data, and business needs to drive effective marketing strategies across the organization. Working hands-on in Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP), the Marketing Campaign Segment Analyst is responsible for developing audience segments utilizing the CDP for use across multiple marketing channels. Collaborates with internal and external partners to develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns. Presents campaign data and analysis in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. Recommends adjustments, and ensures all campaign activities, data usage, and results comply with company standards. Requires the ability to work independently with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of Database Marketing Campaign Operations, Marketing Analytics or related field
  • Two or more years of experience in digital campaign planning and execution with hands-on knowledge of CDP or equivalent required.
  • Experience with a Campaign Data Platform (CDP) (preferably Adobe)
  • Cloud tool experience such as: Azure, Synapse, Databricks, Python, SQL a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own audience segment creation and management for multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Research, build, test, and publish audience segments in the CDP through hands-on trait selection, query writing, segment conditioning, etc.
  • Interpret business needs into detailed campaign and analytic requirements
  • Build and execute marketing campaigns and audience segments start to finish
  • Interface closely with various product and marketing teams for project management and scheduling
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables to internal and/or external end users
  • Engage with Analytics/Reporting team to confirm campaign reporting/tracking objectives are built into campaign
