About The Position

As a key member of the Marketing Activation team, the Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for the health, accuracy, and performance of automated marketing programs that support Vascular Therapies. This role will partner closely with digital marketing and cross-functional teams to optimize marketing journeys, workflows, lead management processes, and data flows. It will also support internal process improvements, training, and compliance with marketing and data standards. This is a highly collaborative and consultative position that supports strategic business needs while continuously enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing systems, programs, and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing or marketing technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with Sales Cloud/Salesforce.com.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across marketing, technical, and analytics teams.
  • Proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical device, healthcare capital, IT, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience building and optimizing lead generation workflows and processes.
  • Familiarity with data management best practices, including segmentation and enrichment.
  • General understanding of email marketing best practices, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and lead nurturing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of basic email campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and deliver regular performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure automations are functional, up-to-date, and free of errors.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base for processes and best practices.
  • Monitor inbound lead flows, ensuring proper routing, assignment, and notifications to support timely follow-up.
  • Audit lead source tracking, campaign attribution, and data integrity to support accurate funnel reporting.
  • Regularly validate campaign setup to ensure alignment with reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data in Salesforce and segmentation tools remains structured, enriched, and usable for operations.
  • Execute data enrichment routines and collaborate with data teams to support personalization strategies.
  • Confirm accurate mapping and data capture from web forms, integrations, and data imports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing activation team to support campaign execution and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with testing and deployment of new platform features and third-party tool integrations.
  • Participate in global BSC marketing forums to stay aligned with enterprise-wide best practices and strategies.
