Requirements

  • A high school diploma/GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer service, or sales support
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to perform essential job functions and ensure resident and workplace safety.
  • Comfort with computers, digital tools, and social media platforms
  • A warm, compassionate approach when interacting with seniors and families
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to our nonprofit mission

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaigns, digital content, and community outreach initiatives
  • Assist with tours, presentations, and communication with prospective residents
  • Help coordinate events, open houses, and community programs
  • Manage marketing materials, online platforms, and brand messaging
  • Track leads and follow-up activities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to meet occupancy and awareness goals
  • Serve as a positive, welcoming ambassador of our mission
