About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia & Roanoke is looking for a Marketing Associate to join their team. This role requires an enthusiastic, motivated individual with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can manage multiple priorities, has a foundational understanding of marketing, and is excited to learn in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Associate provides day-to-day support to the traditional and digital marketing departments. This role will be responsible for lead auditing, coordinating text and phone-based marketing campaigns, managing logistics and tracking for marketing programs, and assisting with other marketing projects as needed within the departments.

Responsibilities

  • Review marketing dashboards and inbound lead sources to track, audit, and correct lead data for accurate attribution
  • Maintain accurate, detailed notes in CRM system and spreadsheets for all outreach and qualification activities.
  • Coordinate "Win-back" campaigns with external vendors using internal data and setting appointments with homeowners via calling or texting.
  • Manage Customer and Employee Referral programs from submission through qualification, communication, and incentive payouts
  • Support the Sales Team with special circumstance scheduling by qualifying and setting commercial property leads.
  • Design print materials, digital assets, and other marketing pieces using Canva.
  • Coordinate company events, special projects, trainings, and Renewal Cares community giving efforts.
  • Work in tandem with our National Call Center (NCC) to provide appointment scheduling or inbound call support as needed
  • Help maintain the SOPs for walk-ins and the homeowner experience in collaboration with the Sales Team
  • Create and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for special projects and ongoing department tasks
