The Marketing Associate will report to NEPC’s Director of Marketing and Communications and will support a wide range of marketing initiatives across the firm’s business lines, including research, Endowments and Foundations, Private Wealth, Healthcare, Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Taft-Hartley, and Public Pension teams. Execute day-to-day digital marketing activities, including posting website content in WordPress, creating and scheduling emails in HubSpot, and managing social media content calendars. Support integrated marketing campaigns and events (including the firm’s annual client conference) by developing project plans, building timelines, coordinating tasks (e.g., email invitations, reminders, follow-ups, and compliance approvals), and ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Design, Editorial, and practice groups) and external partners to manage content pipelines, oversee project updates, and deliver campaigns, webinars, and events on time and in alignment with brand strategy. Streamline project management processes by standardizing workflows, improving cross-team coordination, and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency. Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control across all marketing deliverables, ensuring brand standards and compliance requirements are consistently met. Contribute creative ideas and data-driven insights to enhance campaigns, improve engagement, and support the firm’s broader marketing goals. Demonstrate initiative as a self-starter, while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
