About The Position

This role is responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing market challenges, and supporting customer base expansion. The associate will also support Farm Bureau member benefits and marketing strategies, and oversee the production of in-house publications and promotional marketing materials. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, with regular and predictable attendance required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management required
• Demonstrated written communication skills
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Expertise in social media platforms
• Electronic design and publishing
• 3 years minimum experience in a professional marketing environment

• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in their work to benefit their customers/end users.
• Design and implement marketing strategies across wide variety of mediums.
• Analyze marketing challenges and opportunities, resolving with creative, market driving solutions.
• Aid in the expansion and growth of customer base through marketing opportunities.
• Support Farm Bureau member benefits and marketing strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day production of in-house publications/promotional marketing.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
