Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff and management.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, mail, and packages.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
