About The Position

The marketing associate is responsible for providing a variety of support to ensure consistent timely delivery of high quality marketing materials. This individual will provide data-related support to the senior members of the team through a variety of tasks and projects to meet their goals. This role is an internally facing support role aimed at ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our marketing materials for use in sales and marketing initiatives. The role also encompasses the gathering and synthesizing of data in order for these materials to be disseminated in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the gathering, compiling and synthesis of data required for the production of marketing collateral
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials
• Assisting with the maintenance of internal and public websites
• Facilitating the legal and compliance review of various materials and templates
• Tracking of materials including peer and legal review
• Distributing finalized materials internally and externally
