About The Position

LABEL is hiring a Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing execution and sales operations. This is a generalist role for someone who is organized, flexible, and comfortable owning operational details as priorities shift.

Requirements

  • Experience with Google Suite, Excel, and Canva required
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Own daily lead intake, assignment, and routing to the sales team
  • Monitor inbound leads from website, campaigns, events, and roadshows
  • Follow up with sales team regarding leads to gather insights and update CRM records as needed to ensure optimal lead management
  • Ensure timely handoff and follow-up by sales
  • Maintain clean lead lists and basic reporting
  • Flag gaps, delays, or breakdowns in lead flow to the Director of Operations
  • Prepare reports and develop recommendations to optimize lead management, with a focus on increasing lead conversions.
  • Manage newsletters and campaigns (build, QA, schedule) through Company’s Email Marketing Platforms
  • Support list management, segmentation, and basic reporting
  • Coordinate with Company’s CRM syncing and campaign tracking
  • Support email campaigns tied to promotions, roadshows, and key initiatives
  • Assist with marketing prep and follow-up for roadshows and showroom events
  • Coordinate email campaigns, social media posts, and corresponding collateral
  • Track attendance and post-event follow-up needs
  • Key insights and findings to measure the success and profitability of trips
  • Support day-to-day social media execution
  • Create and organize content using Canva and existing brand guidelines
  • Capture and curate in-studio content with Sales and Ops
  • Track basic engagement metrics
  • Assist with website content updates and maintenance
  • Support evergreen marketing flows and campaign execution
  • Keep marketing calendars, assets, and folders organized
  • Jump in where needed as priorities shift
