Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of data collection methods (surveys, polls, focus groups)
• Valid driver's license (some travel required)
• Completion of NorthWind Level 1 Safety Training prior to performing approved activities. Training to be completed with onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and execute digital, email, social, and event-based marketing campaigns
• Contribute to blogs, social posts, case studies, presentations, and videos
• Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Assist with content management and keeping our digital presence fresh
• Support trade shows, logistics, and follow-up activities
• Track and report on key marketing metrics
• Work with internal teams to gather insights and fuel campaigns
