About The Position

The Marketing Associate plays a foundational role in supporting Annex’s brand, media presence, and marketing operations. This position partners closely within the Marketing team to execute content, support campaigns, and maintain production standards while developing hands-on skills in media productions and execution. The role provides both operational consistency and growth capacity to help the firm achieve its strategic marketing goals.

Requirements

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-first environment while supporting cross-departmental coordination.
Ability to travel to Annex locations/off-site for events during and after normal business hours.
Self-motivated, organized, and list-driven, with a consistent ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable adopting new tools, systems, and marketing-related technologies to support efficient execution.
Ability to receive direction clearly and ask clarifying questions to ensure expectations are met.

Nice To Haves

Recording and producing audio and video
Experience with Adobe Suite
Writing and editing copy
Familiarity with CMS and marketing analytics tools

Responsibilities

Produce, edit, and deliver audio and video content in alignment with the firm’s media calendar, brand standards, and production guidelines.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and firm initiatives through timely creation and editing based on communicated need.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support recording, content development, and media coordination.
Follow documented workflows and production guidelines to ensure consistency across deliverables.
