National Webbing Products, a 79-year-old industry leader and one of the country’s most respected webbing and narrow fabric manufacturers, is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Associate to join our team at our Plainview, New York office. Requirements
- Clear, confident, and professional speaking voice.
- Strong phone communication skills.
- Computer literate with solid working knowledge of: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be COVID vaccinated.
Responsibilities
- Make direct marketing (cold calls) and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.
- Interact with customers regarding orders, shipments, and delivery status.
- Track customer shipments and follow up on open orders.
- Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems.
- Prepare and enter customer order cost sheets.
- Calculate sales margins.
- Provide general sales and marketing support to the internal team.
- Assist in shipping orders.
- Ad hoc office responsibilities.
