About The Position

Responsible for assisting in developing CORO marketing strategies; including reporting, analytics, project coordination and expense management to support lead generation and business growth. This position has responsibility to identify priorities, recommend and implement actions to improve lead generation, and manage select vendors and programs. This role has some oversight of financial processes in addition to financial duties. Individual contributor Manage two or fewer employees. May direct the work of lower-level professionals or manage processes and programs.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field with a minimum of 5 years marketing experience
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Must be experienced direct response marketing as well as, tools and trends and be able to apply them to Renewal by Andersen’s business including a strong understanding of analytics, and financial reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, possess strong presentational skills and enjoy success in a team environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Needs to be able to present to all levels of RbA organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, possess strong presentational skills and enjoy success in a team environment
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Business Results Lead Generation: Lead and drive the strategy to maximize new customer acquisition. Responsible for delivering effective and efficient lead generation programs.
  • Vendor/Lead Source Management: Creates and reviews reporting. Attends vendor meetings and updates. Reviews results and makes recommendations. Day-to-day non-strategic decision making.
  • Lead Gen Strategy: Works with CORO marketing leaders and owns pieces of the marketing AOP. May travel to markets, assisting the marketing department in communication, lead generation strategy, building relationships with business partners and understanding the differences in each market. Coordination and development of lead generation tactics, materials & communication to CORO leadership. Make decisions as needed to ensure the project is within the orginal scope. Elevate large decisions that are out of scope or budget to Marketing Manager.
  • Analytics: Lead all reporting and analysis for CORO related initiatives for your sources. Proactively and continuously leverage information captured from digital analytics and CRM system. Lead the development reporting list and drive internal alignment. Lead implementation of recommendations. Provide regular reporting on marketing programs and marketing source attribution.
  • B & C Marketing Content: Acts as the CORO marketing teams Account Manager for the B & C department to ensure CORO marketing get creative assets that meets our brand standards and are ready to be delivered to vendors meeting and exceeding deadlines. Time commitment depends on how job duties are split amongst the team.
  • Deliver a World Class Customer Experience: Works to ensure that all CORO marketing delivers a positive homeowner experience. Is aware of the impact of Rep.com and NPS scores on our business.
  • Expense Management: Direct responsibility for the management of invoices and expense management in the MPSS and Enabled+ as well as source maintaince in CRM. Responsible for understanding and analyzing the data to answer questions and tell the story as needed. Coordinate, maintain and develop reports as needed.
  • Direction of Others: May provide direct supervision to smaller team of Marketing Specialists within specific assigned segment. Lead direct and indirect reports in cross- functional roles, including brand and creative, finance department, legal, product marketing, digital marketing team, national marketing team and agency partners
