About The Position

BGM’s marketing function runs on systems including webinars, email campaigns, a weekly newsletter, video content, and a full promo calendar. This role requires someone who can maintain these systems while also contributing to their growth. It involves executing real campaigns in ActiveCampaign, running live webinars from start to finish, and transforming coaching sessions and podcast recordings into various content formats like blog posts, email sequences, and short-form video. The position offers ownership of specific tasks and assistance to the Marketing Director on others. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, can manage multiple tasks, and quickly learn new tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a business or SaaS environment
  • Strong writing skills (ability to transform rough notes or transcripts into readable content)
  • Active user of AI tools for efficiency and improvement
  • Organized with strong attention to detail, including managing shared file libraries and version control
  • Comfortable on camera and operating a camera for basic video work

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with an email platform (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience producing or running webinars (Zoom, GoToWebinar, or similar)
  • Design skills in Canva or Figma
  • Video editing in Descript, CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Background in financial services, advisor coaching, or an RIA/BD environment
  • Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form formats

Responsibilities

  • Run monthly webinars end-to-end in Zoom, including scheduling, registrant tracking, live execution, and post-event follow-up (recordings, replays, survey distribution, reporting).
  • Own the weekly newsletter and campaign sends in ActiveCampaign.
  • Turn long-form content (webinars, coaching sessions, podcast recordings) into a full content footprint: blog posts, email sequences, social posts, and short video clips.
  • Manage marketing operations including the promo calendar, Vimeo library, Masters folder (organization, version control, and security), AV setup for in-house events, and the info@ inbox.
  • Assist with campaign launches, event support, design tasks, research, and general day-to-day marketing team operations.
