Marketing Assistant

Bill Good MarketingSouth Jordan, UT
Onsite

About The Position

BGM’s marketing function runs on systems. Webinars, email campaigns, a weekly newsletter, video content, a full promo calendar. It keeps moving week in and week out, and we need someone who can keep it running while also helping us build. This isn’t a “post to social media and report the numbers” job. You’ll be executing real campaigns in ActiveCampaign, running live webinars from start to finish, and turning coaching sessions and podcast recordings into blog posts, email sequences, and short-form video. You’ll own a handful of things outright and assist the Marketing Director on the rest. If you like variety, can manage a lot of moving parts, and pick up new tools fast, this role will keep you busy in the best way.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a business or SaaS environment
  • Strong writing skills (you can take rough notes or a transcript and make it readable)
  • Active AI user, not a skeptic. You use it to work faster and better.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail, including comfort managing shared file libraries and version control
  • Comfortable both on camera and operating a camera for basic video work

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with an email platform (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience producing or running webinars (Zoom, GoToWebinar, or similar)
  • Design skills in Canva or Figma
  • Video editing in Descript, CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Background in financial services, advisor coaching, or an RIA/BD environment
  • Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form formats

Responsibilities

  • Run monthly webinars end to end in Zoom, from scheduling and registrant tracking through live execution and post-event follow-up (recordings, replays, survey distribution, reporting).
  • Own the weekly newsletter and campaign sends in ActiveCampaign.
  • Turn long-form content (webinars, coaching sessions, podcast recordings) into a full content footprint: blog posts, email sequences, social posts, short video clips.
  • Manage the promo calendar, Vimeo library, Masters folder (organized, version-controlled, and locked down), AV setup for in-house events, and the info@ inbox.
  • Assist on campaign launches, event support, design tasks, research, and the day-to-day work of keeping a small marketing team moving.

Benefits

  • $45,000 to $50,000 base salary
  • Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match
  • Exposure to a full marketing stack (email, video, webinars, content, paid) from day one
