About The Position

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a permanent full-time position. At WELL Health Diagnostic Centres, we’re committed to attracting, developing, and retaining the best healthcare professionals in the industry. Our 50+ accredited locations in Ontario and Alberta provide OHIP and AHCIP-covered cardiology, radiology, respirology, and sleep diagnostic services with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience with shipping/logistics coordination is an asset.
Familiarity with healthcare systems or practitioner registries is an asset.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update practitioner profiles across internal systems with high accuracy.
Manage referrer onboarding, including data validation and database updates.
Coordinate shipments of requisition pads, marketing materials, and welcome packages.
Monitor and restock marketing and shipping supplies; manage inventory levels.
Support online reputation management by responding to reviews and escalating concerns.
Assist with administrative tasks, database maintenance, and ad hoc marketing projects.
