About The Position

This part-time, non-exempt hourly role assists in executing marketing initiatives within the established marketing strategies and budget. The role reports to the Director of Marketing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma is required
• Proven and exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Proficient with Windows operating system

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA in relevant field) preferred.
• 1 years to 3 years of similar or related experience preferred.
• Experience in Adobe design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive branch requests for supplies, printed materials, and give away items. Respond in a timely manner and coordinate the expedited delivery to the branch.
• Field marketing requests from other departments.
• Assist Business Development with assembling materials for community events.
• Support the planning and execution of the annual meeting and community development events.
• Visits branch locations to deliver materials, capture photos/videos, audit marketing items, branch signage, etc.
• Coordinate youth club/financial literacy programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
