About The Position

Join our marketing team and help us sh owcas e what makes our people and work valuable! We’re currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our collaborative team at our Bangor, Maine location. This part-time, office-based role (24 hours per week) offers an opportunity to build your skills while contributing to projects that strengthen our brand and client relationships. What You’ll Do: As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll support a variety of initiatives, including: Coordinating event participation and sponsorships . Managing our employee clothing program and inventory of swag and other branded items. Assisting with vendor coordination for graphics, photography, and signage. Updating resumes and marketing documents using provided templates. Organizing business card orders. Supporting essential marketing tasks when the Marketing Manager is away. Afte r a six-month probationary period, partial remote work may be considered. What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Ability to work effectively with other team members in multiple divisions and geographic locations. Comfortable learning new software; experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferred, but not . High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in marketing or business is helpful. Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance. About S.W.
