About The Position

Role: Assists and supports the Marketing Department operations. Your Schedule This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum high School degree or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience required; marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to proactively respond to members/staff to problem solve based on guidelines; written communications are based on templates but can be modified.

Responsibilities

  • Promotional product management: Select, order, maintain inventory. Work with key vendors
  • Blaze attire management: Select, order, maintain inventory. Work with key vendors
  • Blaze brand store management: Approve orders, oversee offsite inventory, assist staff with orders as needed.
  • Assist with organizing and planning community events, Annual Meeting, all-staff meeting and staff celebrations
  • Mascot management: –Schedule, maintenance
  • Manage corporate tickets, vouchers, and related software/vendors
  • Storeroom and office supply management
  • Proofread marketing materials and communications
  • Budget tracking
  • Coordination of branch marketing materials – quarterly
  • Plan and implement Youth Advisory Council events
  • Care packages + donation packages
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operations
