The Marketing Assistant supports the Yellowstone Landscape marketing team in delivering consistent, on-brand materials across all regional markets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the intersection of design, logistics, and collaboration. You'll work closely with the Marketing Director and Content Lead to keep our growing library of assets sharp, accessible, and ready to deploy. Requirements

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop — is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to take initiative

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or creative support role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Customize approved marketing templates (print, digital, and presentation) for individual cities, states, and markets — ensuring regional accuracy and brand consistency
  • Serve as a first point of contact for the marketing help desk, fielding requests from branches and BDMs and routing or fulfilling them in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain a centralized digital asset library, including region-specific photo folders, making materials easy to find and use for Business Development Managers nationwide
  • Build and update custom templates for recruiting and hiring needs in coordination with HR and branch leadership
  • Edit and format PowerPoint decks for sales presentations, proposals, training, and internal communications
  • Support safety & training initiatives through materials preparation and coordination
  • Assist with marketing budget administration, including processing payments, managing sign-ups, and coordinating logistics for tradeshows, sponsorships, and industry events
  • Collaborate with the Content Lead and Marketing Director on campaign support and content production needs.
