About The Position

Staff designated at Dickinson Wright PLLC (“the Firm”) as Marketing Assistants are responsible for providing support on a wide‐range of internal and external marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Possess 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a service industry environment
  • Possess strong analytic, writing and communication skills
  • Possess strong attention to detail, with a high level of focus
  • Be proficient in both PC and Mac platforms, in addition to having expert‐level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Possess an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent education
  • Work effectively both independently and as a member of a collaborative team
  • Possess the ability to maintain success in managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Be willing and able to sit at a desk/computer for long periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing team’s current social media and content team members to support our social media and content strategies, as well as various other marketing initiatives
  • Assist with social media and website content
  • Communicate with lawyers and firm staff to complete assigned projects that are often due on a quick deadline basis
  • Gather data on marketing initiatives and collect feedback
  • Create reports on marketing performance
  • Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
  • Assemble, organize and manage marketing collateral
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations and Excel reporting documents
  • Other responsibilities as may be assigned
