Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and activate marketing campaigns
Monitor customer sentiment
Assist with content optimization using tags, keywords, and basic SEO practices
Manage content scheduling tools including HootSuite
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Support the development of blog posts, captions, and basic marketing copy
Design simple graphics and visual content using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
Assist with active customer engagement
Utilize marketing strategies to increase sales
Perform general administrative tasks to support the marketing team
