About The Position

Calling students and recent graduates! Looking to get your foot in the door and get some fun, creative experience in hospitality marketing? We are searching for our next Marketing Assistant! The Marketing Assistant's primary focus is guest relations and marketing team support. This role works closely with teammates in other functions, such as advertising, executing campaigns, conducting market research, content creation, social media, field events, preparing performance reports and office support.

Nice To Haves

  • Restaurant marketing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Loyalty program and guest services assistance.
  • Customer relation management and social media mediation.
  • Responding to inbound guest inquiries via phone, email or other platforms.
  • Social Media content creation.
  • Promotions and Campaign support.
  • Event coordination and activations.
  • Receiving and distribution of mail and packages.
