About The Position

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Assistant to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering creative, impactful marketing campaigns that inspire and engage our clients travel trade partners. They are a well-established outbound travel company specializing in creating bespoke long-haul holidays for both B2C and B2B markets. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketer to lead our digital efforts. You’ll be involved in the practical side of marketing delivery, helping to turn campaign plans into live activity. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting work done rather than sitting in strategy meetings.

Requirements

Around 1 year of marketing experience
Self-motivated individual who is happy working from home
Organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
Confident written and verbal communication
Comfortable working with digital tools and systems

Responsibilities

Updating website content and landing pages
Building and formatting email campaigns using templates
Scheduling and posting content across social media
Uploading and managing offers and campaign assets
Supporting with basic reporting and performance tracking
Working closely with the wider marketing team to keep campaigns running smoothly
