About The Position
Join R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric, Inc., a trusted, family-owned Florida business since 1973. We are seeking an organized, motivated Marketing Assistant for our Orlando office to support our marketing and community efforts. This full-time, entry-level role offers a blend of administrative and creative marketing tasks, ideal for someone seeking variety and skill development. Occasional weekend hours may be required for events.
Requirements
- Prior office or marketing support experience preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus
- Comfortable using social media for business
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and self-motivated
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and edit short promotional videos for social media to highlight services and events
- Assist with flyers, signage, and other marketing materials
- Keep marketing files and calendars organized
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide front desk support
- Assist with general office tasks
