About The Position

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, events, brand promotion, customer engagement, and team leadership. We provide training and hands-on coaching to help you develop valuable skills and grow within the company. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work alongside our event marketing team to help create engaging experiences that connect consumers with well-known brands.

Responsibilities

Representing client brands at events, retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
Engaging directly with customers and creating positive brand experiences
Supporting event setup, execution, and breakdown
Learning and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
Assisting with customer outreach and lead generation
Helping coordinate promotional events and campaigns
Tracking campaign results and providing feedback to the team
Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
Working with team members to achieve campaign and client goals
Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills
