Marketing Assistant Student Worker
About The Position
The Marketing Assistant Student Worker will be responsible for organizing the Marketing server's extensive image library, including renaming and tagging files, and recommending content to keep or delete. They will also migrate images to a new photo sharing system. The role involves assisting with minor design tasks, writing, proofreading, and website updates. A key part of the position is capturing videos and photos of campus life for social media and other marketing materials, and supporting the social media manager with post creation and editing. Additionally, the student worker will act as a strategic partner to the marketing team to enhance engagement with the USJ student population.

Responsibilities
- Organize the Marketing server, specifically our extensive library of images. Rename files with updated naming convention, tag images, recommend images/files to keep/delete.
- Migrate images to new photo sharing system in new organizational structure.
- Assist with minor design tasks, writing/proofreading, and website updates.
- Capture videos and photos of campus life for use on social media and other marketing materials; assist social media manager with the creation and editing of social media posts
- Act as a strategic partner to the marketing team to assist us in better reaching/engaging with the USJ student population
