Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and manage our sales team, driving exceptional performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing sales processes. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong track record of sales success and a passion for coaching and guiding sales professionals to consistently meet and exceed ambitious targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales representatives to achieve high performance.
  • Proficiency in using sales-related software tools, CRM systems, and data analysis for performance tracking and strategy adjustment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with [specify industry if needed, e.g., "insurance restoration services, exterior restoration, or related fields"] is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear sales targets, performance metrics, and expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, including sales numbers, closing rates, and route optimization, to drive consistent sales performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement, coach and mentor sales staff, and implement strategies to enhance team performance and individual growth.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed company objectives.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review team performance, provide training, and share best practices.
  • Foster a positive, results-driven sales culture that aligns with company goals and values.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze customer needs and feedback to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
