About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to drive client growth and community partnerships for our home care agency. This role focuses on relationship building, referral development, and brand visibility within our service area.

Requirements

• Proven sales or marketing experience. Home care or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
• Comfortable with CRM systems and performance tracking
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, hospice providers, and community organizations
• Execute a structured sales plan to increase private pay and long term care referrals
• Represent the Synergy HomeCare of Thibodaux at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities
• Track leads, referral sources, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with leadership to meet monthly and quarterly census goals
• Support recruiting marketing efforts when needed
